Experience

In my role as a Client Success Manager, I use Datto, Auto Task, and e-Automate software on a daily basis to deliver exceptional results for clients. Datto provides remote monitoring, disaster recovery, and much more.  Auto Task streamlines service delivery. E-Automate helps manage operations. These tools enable my team to provide next-level service and support to help our clients achieve their goals.

My passion for information technology is reflected in my diverse range of tech-related hobbies, including working with operating systems such as Windows and Linux, using RMM tools like Datto RMM, Termius and TeamViewer, building computers as well as both building and configuring networks. I also have experience with virtualization management using Proxmox and Hyper-V, containerization using Docker, and web technologies such as WordPress and Nginx. These interests provide me with a unique skill set and keep me up to date on advancements in the field.
