Jeff Terlisner

IT Project Coordinator and Operations professional with experience managing IT and VoIP projects from approved quotes through delivery. Previously, as a Client Success Manager, I handled SaaS audits, renewals, and technical quoting, bridging communication between clients, sales, and technical teams to support seamless service delivery.
